Topics: group your tasks by area of your life
Create topics such as work, health or home and see your tasks grouped by them, in your day, your week and your month. Open a topic and everything that belongs to it is in one place.
A topic for each area of your life
Create topics such as work, health or home and your tasks are grouped by them, in your day, your week and your month, so you know what belongs to what.
The topic screen
Open a topic and you see all its tasks together, day by day. Turn pending and completed on or off to see only what is left to do, or only what you have already done.
Several tasks at once
From the topic you can complete or delete several pending tasks, move them to another date or open them in the planner.
Inside each day card every topic has the same menu: complete or reschedule its tasks, or delete the pending ones. You can also fold or unfold the topics of a day.
Add, rename, archive
Add tasks from the topic itself, give it a color, change its name or archive it when that area is closed.
A color for each topic
Give each topic its own color. You see it next to its name in the side panel, in the timeline and in the planner, so you know at a glance what each task belongs to.
Put them in your order
Drag the topics in the left panel to put them in the order you prefer. The new order applies at once to the timeline and to the planner when it shows the tasks by topic.
You can write first and add topics whenever it helps.
