Hourly agenda: plan your week with time and duration
Give your tasks a start time and a length and look at your week hour by hour. The agenda lives next to your diary, so what you decide while writing lands on a specific hour.
Tasks with time and duration
Any task can have a start time and a length. In the agenda view each one takes its place in the grid of the day, so you can see what fits and what does not.
Your week, hour by hour
The agenda shows the week as a time grid. Tasks without a time stay in the planner by day, week or month, so you can use each view for what it does best.
Move and stretch with the mouse
Drag a task to another hour or another day. Drag its top or bottom edge to change when it starts or how long it lasts. On a phone, press and hold a block to lift it, then move it or stretch it with its handles. Every change can be undone.
Next to your calendars
If you use Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, you can add their events to the agenda (read-only) and see your commitments and your tasks in the same grid.
In the settings of your Google Calendar, copy the secret address in iCal format and paste it in idazery.
Your tasks in your calendar
It also works the other way: subscribe from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar to your idazery address and see your tasks with a time there. That one is read-only too.
No access to your account
idazery does not ask to sign in to your Google or Microsoft account. It only uses the private address that your calendar provides, and you can remove it whenever you want.
