What you learn today shouldn't live in another app

Here's what usually happens to the things you learn, right before they get lost in another app.

Notes scattered across apps

You save notes in Notion, in Apple Notes, in a notebook. And when you want to connect them to what you're living or planning, you have to open another app, search, copy.

In idazery: your notes live in the same place as your diary and your planner.

Highlights you can't find again

You read a book, highlight what matters, save it somewhere. Two weeks later you don't remember where you saved it, or exactly what it said.

In idazery: link the book note to the day you apply it with [[ ]].

Ideas with nowhere to live

You have ideas that don't belong to any specific day, but deserve to exist in more developed words than a quick diary entry.

In idazery: Notes is your undated writing space, private and always within reach.

Notes: the third piece that was missing

Your diary captures time: what you live each day.
Your planner captures action: what you're going to do.
Notes captures knowledge: what you want to remember, no matter when you wrote it.

All three together, in the same place, form a system no other app offers: what you live, what you learn and what you plan, connected without friction.

This is what a note looks like

No app switching. No new password. No sync that breaks. Just your timeline, with one more space in it.

Notes is part of a complete system

Notes isn't a standalone notes app. It's the third piece of idazery, alongside your diary and your planner.

What you reflect on in your diary can become a task in your planner. What you learn in a note can link to the day you apply it. And tags connect everything, days, notes and tasks, into a personal knowledge network that grows with you.

Notes questions, answered

The most common questions about how Notes works inside idazery.

How is Notes different from my daily diary entry?

Your diary captures what you live each day, it's tied to a date. Notes captures knowledge that doesn't belong to any specific moment: what you learn, what you want to remember, ideas that evolve over time.

How does [[ ]] linking work?

When you type [[ in the diary editor, idazery shows a list of your existing notes to pick from. The reference gets its own visual style, and you can open the note directly from there.

Are my notes private?

Yes. Your notes carry exactly the same privacy guarantees as the rest of idazery: AES-256 encryption, no ads, no third parties.

Which plans include Notes?

Notes is available on the Pro and Premium plans, and during the 14-day free trial of the Start plan.

Can I export my notes?

Yes. Your notes export together with the rest of your content as TXT, PDF (Pro), or JSON and Markdown (Premium).
