Notes

Linked notes: connect your notes and your days with [[ ]]

Write a note about a trip, a book or a project, and link it from any day of your diary. Each note remembers where you mentioned it.

Type [[ and choose

In a diary entry or in another note, type [[ and idazery shows your notes to pick from. Type a date and it offers that day. Prefer not to type? The toolbar has an icon to link a note and another to link a day.

A note in idazery: notes for planning a trip

Each note knows where it was mentioned

Every note lists the days and notes that mention it, so you can see where an idea showed up. The link has its own style: open it to go to the note or to the day.

Notes outside of time

Notes do not belong to a date: summaries, ideas, references, lists. When something matters for a specific day, you link it to that day and it stays connected.

Notes and the links between notes are part of the Complete plan. Linking to any day, and seeing where it is mentioned, is in the Journal plan too.
